Items outside of quotes, or last minute additions:

If extra/additional content or functions are required after the initial quote is agreed upon, and adding these is not very time consuming, then these requests are accommodated without additional costs. However, where these demands become excessive in terms of time required, the below price increases apply:

  • Extra pages charged at $70+ per page depending on how much content will be on the page.
  • Slideshow images up to 15 pictures. Extra pictures charged at $10 each.
  • Contact form up to 10 fields, extra fields charged at $10 each.
  • Additional Modules/functions required (which are listed on the "Site functions" page) are billed at $100+ per module/function.
  • Additions or functions not covered by the above billed at the rate of $40 per/hr.

Website content

  • Copy content (text/written information) should be provided by the client unless previously arranged.
  • Images content (pictures for pages, headers, slideshows, etc.) should be provided by the client unless previously arranged.

Online Shops

  • Adding products to the store is up to the client. Client should have a plan on getting good photos and descriptions of products.
  • Sites are designed on very search engine friendly systems, however the marketing side of the shop is the responsibility of the client.

Other info

  • Your site won't be listed on any portfolio page for us. A footer signature (site by: WDS) is usually included but if you don't want it that's not a problem and it can be left off.
